The foundation for the development of youth relations between the Russian Federation and the Federative Republic of Brazil is the Partnership Agreement of June 22, 2000.
In accordance with the Agreement, Russia and Brazil will promote the expansion of contacts between youth organizations.
Brazil participates in the development of international youth cooperation through BRICS and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
