The forum included a business game "Youth Model Russia – CELAC" and a discussion platform for representatives of youth public associations.
The purpose of the forum was to create conditions for the development of youth public and expert dialogue between youth and youth associations of Russia and the Member States of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
Forum tasks:

Activation and expansion of youth public dialogue and cooperation between Russia and the CELAC countries in the field of youth policy,

Assistance in the socio-political, scientific, educational, creative self-realization of youth of Russia and the CELAC countries,

Assistance in increasing the expert potential of youth of Russia and the CELAC countries on topical issues of interregional cooperation,

Involving active youth in processes of developing solutions to most urgent and promising tasks for the development of interaction and cooperation between Russia and the Latin American and Caribbean States,

Raising awareness of Russian youth about Latin American and Caribbean countries and youth of Latin America and the Caribbean about Russia in order to form an objective view of each other,

Formation of a community of representatives of youth public and student associations, young professionals and other representatives of active youth from Russia and the CELAC countries interested in maintaining a dialogue implementing joint projects and developing long-term partnerships.
Participants were 105 people. They were officials from Russia and CELAC countries, representatives of the embassies of the CELAC countries in Russia, representatives of youth public associations, youth branches of political parties, activists of student movements, Latin American students in the Russian Federation interested in developing youth cooperation between Russia and CELAC Member States.
Results:
As a part of the discussion platform the need was put forward for the Russia-CELAC Youth Forum to establish itself as a permanent sustainable platform for dialogue between youth of Russia, Latin America and the Caribbean continuing its development using various formats of youth interaction.
During the meeting of committees following proposals were put forward:
- The need for cooperation between the CELAC States and the Russian Federation to develop a strategy to eliminate domestic violence was emphasized,
- A proposal was made to create a dialogue mechanism for young doctors in Russia and Latin America to exchange experience,
- The importance of intensifying the dialogue between young entrepreneurs in Russia and Latin American countries for the development of joint mutually beneficial projects was emphasized. The need to develop measures to support tourism was noted,
- The need to enshrine the right to access to the Internet as an inalienable right of every human being and enshrine it in relevant international legal instruments was stressed,
- The need to intensify student exchanges between Russia and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean and create a single educational platform for youth of these countries,
- The idea of creating a single digital platform to provide citizens of Russia and CELAC countries with access to cultural heritage sites was voiced,
- The need to encourage the study of the Russian language in Latin America and the Caribbean, the languages of the CELAC countries in the Russian Federation including endangered indigenous languages was stressed.
