The Public Initiative "Creative Diplomacy" is a public organization established in 2010 by a group of young international graduates from Moscow and regional universities.

The goals of the activities of PICREADI: 

• development of contacts with youth public associations in the CIS Member States and Eastern Europe, 
• creating opportunities for Russian youth to communicate with their peers from other countries, 
• consolidation of young Russian and foreign researchers to conduct applied research in the field of international relations and Russian foreign policy.

Since 2017 PICREADI with the support of the Presidential Grants Foundation and the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund has been implementing a public diplomacy program for young Russian and foreign analysts, diplomats, journalists, public activists and politicians "Meeting Russia" aimed at promoting dialogue and creating a platform for contacts between experts who are international specialists.

PICREADI was the initiator of the creation of a youth section within the framework of the Russian-Polish Public Forum operated in 2010-2013.

The organization also participates in the development of youth cooperation of the BRICS Member States.
