The Project Office for International Youth Cooperation in the direction "Russia – BRICS" was established in 2020 on the basis of the Foundation "Ulyanovsk – the Capital of Cultural" (currently the Foundation "Creative Industries Foundation of the Ulyanovsk Region").
The founders of the Project Office are the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Youth Development of the Ulyanovsk Region.
The main task of the Project Office is to implement measures to support the systemic interaction of youth and youth organizations in the Russian Federation with youth and youth organizations of the BRICS Member States.
