The Russian-Belarusian Youth Forum has been held annually since 2013 at the initiative of the National Youth Council of Russia and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.

In 2023 the forum events will be held from July 19 to 22 in Kaliningrad in a hybrid format.

The forum is included in the Joint Action Plan of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in the field of state youth policy for 2023.

During the forum the following issues will be discussed:

  • preservation of historical memory,
  • priority areas of youth policy in Russia and Belarus,
  • development of student interaction,
  • information security in the youth environment,
  • implementation of initiatives of youth of the Union State.
Young people aged 18 to 35 who are interested in developing bilateral cooperation are invited to participate:
  • representatives of federal, regional youth public associations/organizations,
  • young historians,
  • students who are activists,
  • representatives of institutions implementing youth policy in the space of the Union State.
To participate in the competitive selection you must fill out an application before 23:59 (Moscow time) on July 1.

The application does not guarantee participation in the forum. Notification letters will be sent to candidates passed the competitive selection.
