The foundation for the development of youth relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Chad is the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Chad on cultural and scientific cooperation of October 12, 1998.
In accordance with the Agreement, Russia and Chad will create favorable conditions for contacts and exchange between youth organizations.
The Republic of Chad participates in the development of international youth cooperation through the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
