The foundation for the development of youth relations between the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the General Agreement of November 20, 1994.
In accordance with the Agreement, Russia and Saudi Arabia encourage cooperation in the field of the youth movement by coordinating positions in the international arena, exchanging programs between youth organizations, societies and unions, exchanging documents, printed and audio-video media, exchanging visits and experiences between responsible workers and developing these ties by inviting them to participate in national, regional and international conferences, forums organized in both countries.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in the development of international youth cooperation through the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
