The 24th meeting of the Council for Youth Affairs of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (hereinafter referred to as the Council) was attended by members of the Council from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation with the powers of a member of the Council – a representative of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of the Republic of Uzbekistan as well as the basic organizations of the CIS Member States for working with youth and the development of youth entrepreneurship, the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly and the CIS Executive Committee (the list is attached).
During the meeting participants considered 10 issues.
Results

the Regulation on the Forum of Youth Organizations of the CIS Member States was approved. It was planned to be organized on December 3-6, 2018 in Moscow,

the implementation of the joint project of RTU MIREA and the Russian State Library for Young Adults – "Electronic Library for youth workers in the CIS" received support,

taking into account the principle of rotation provided for by the Regulation on the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States for the next period the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Russia G.V. Petushkov has been appointed the Chairman of the Council (functions of the Head of the secretariat of the Council were assigned to the assistant of the Department of State Policy in the field of Higher Education and Youth Policy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation R.A. Voitekhovsky, functions of the Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Council – to the Deputy Director of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of RTU MIREA D.A. Bunkin).
