The CIS Executive Committee is the single permanent executive, administrative and coordinating body of the Commonwealth of Independent States which ensures the organization of the work of the Council of Heads of State, the Council of Heads of Government, the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Economic Council and other bodies of the Commonwealth including the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States.
The representative of the CIS Executive Committee is a member of the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States with the right of an advisory vote.
The Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States annually provides information on its activities to the CIS Executive Committee.
