In order to improve the skills of youth workers of the CIS Member States an internship following the results of distant learning courses under the programs "Organization of youth work in the CIS" and "Organization of international youth cooperation" was organized. 

As part of the program the participants met with representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia and the Mayor of Hrazdan, shared presentations of the best youth projects, visited youth sites and organizations in Armenia, including the Russian Center in Hrazdan. The trainees exchanged their work experience and presented their practices of youth work, learned in detail about the activities of the basic organization of the CIS Member States for working with youth. As part of the internships an educational workshop "The role of non-formal education in youth work" and a session "Motivation for participation. Development of interregional youth cooperation" were conducted.

Participants: The delegation included employees of federal (republican), regional, municipal structures implementing youth policy, youth workers and employees of youth organizations and educational institutions, representatives of public organizations from Armenia, Belarus and Russia (Evpatoria, Izhevsk, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Oryol, Pskov). Totally 22 people participated there. 

Key results: For youth workers the basics of state youth policy and international youth cooperation, practices of international and interregional cooperation in the CIS were presented. The activities for the implementation of youth policy of the Republic of Armenia were presented as an example of the work of state youth policy in the CIS countries as well as the activities for the implementation of youth policy in Hrazdan as an example of the regional work of state youth policy in the Republic of Armenia were demonstrated. 

As part of the group work an idea about a systematic approach to youth work, about the prospects for the development of youth policy in the regions of Armenia, Belarus, Russia and in the CIS as a whole was formed.
