The meeting became a joint event in the field of strengthening international youth cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
The purpose was development of international youth cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
Participants were 69 people. They were students and graduate students, young professionals, leaders and project managers of youth public organizations/associations interested in implementing initiatives in Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
Within the framework of the meeting opening with a speech by honored guests and organizers, work in the sections "Youth business ideas" and "Youth tourism" summing up results of the meeting with proposals for cooperation took place.
The meeting was opened by Denis Ashirov, the Director of the Department of State Youth Policy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Director of the Third Department of the CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Vadimovich Sternik, the Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Member of the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs Natalia Sergeevna Kuvshinova, the Acting Executive Director of the Public Foundation "Institute for Youth Development" Azhara Manasovna Kasmalieva. During opening the Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Head of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Kyrgyz Republic Viktor Leonidovich Nefyodov, the Executive Director of the public association "Enaktas Keiji Tims" Gulbarchin Ungarbaevna Suyunova also took part. On behalf of the organizers the Deputy Chairman of the National Youth Council of Russia Vladimir Vladislavovich Chetiy, the Director of the MSU Information and Analytical Center Daria Yuryevna Chizhova delivered a speech. The Head of the Department of Coordination and Interaction for Youth Affairs of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Murataly Osmonalievich Uchkempirov also spoke.
Within the framework of sections participants discussed possible formats for the implementation of business initiatives as well as topical issues of positioning the tourism potential of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. Speakers of sections were representatives of the Federal Agency for Tourism, State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs, Russian State University of Tourism and Service, Russian Union of Youth, Russian Center for Assistance to Young Professionals, State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participants of the meeting shared their experience in implementing projects of their organizations.
As a result of the work in sections participants made such main proposals as development and expansion of event tourism, agrotourism and ecotourism, training of young personnel and improving their skills in the tourism sector, creation of platforms for support and expertise of innovative ideas of young entrepreneurs, attracting foreign interns to the development of youth business incubators.
Results
- The international meeting was held to strengthen friendly ties and develop cooperation between youth, youth organizations, state structures of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, promotion of joint interaction of public organizations and authorities working with youth in the territory of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, promoting the implementation of joint youth ideas and projects including interregional ones.
- During the event speakers and participants discussed prospects for youth cooperation and agreed on further cooperation.
