The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs together with the Centre for International Promotion Foundation announced the start of the competitive selection process for the Russian delegation to the G20 Youth Summit in Brazil.
Five delegates from each country from 18 to 30 years old are invited. They should be experts on one of the five topics of the summit, have a high level of English (the working language of the summit) and have a proactive attitude and experience of participation in international and Russian youth events and forums for participation in the Youth Summit.
Summit topics:
- The fight against hunger, poverty and inequality,
- Climate change, energy transition and sustainable development,
- Global governance reform,
- Inclusion and diversity,
- Innovation and the future of work.
The summit will take place from August 10 to 17, 2024 in person in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The pre-summit programme (online consultations and meetings) will start on April 30, 2024. Participation in the summit's online programme is compulsory.
