The event was held in order to strengthen ties between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, to implement international youth scientific and educational cooperation.
The informational reasons for holding this Forum were the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan, the 120th anniversary of the birth of academician K. Satpayeva.
The program included interactive sessions to discuss the problems of popularizing science among young people as well as prospects for cooperation between educational structures in Russia and Kazakhstan. The main topics were "Current directions and formats of Russian-Kazakh scientific and educational cooperation", "Tools for popularizing projects and research", "Interdisciplinarity in science as a factor in innovative development", "Development of scientific personnel potential".
As part of the program visits to the following facilities were organized by the Skolkovo technology park, technopark, the Institute of Cybernetics and the Institute of Radio Engineering and Telecommunication Systems of RTU MIREA, the RUDN Educational and Scientific Innovation Flight Control Center.
In addition to the main program the sightseeing tour of Moscow was prepared for the participants.
The forum served as a platform for the development and subsequent implementation of joint Russian-Kazakh projects in the scientific field.
The participants
Senior students, graduate students and young teachers of the humanities and social sciences from central and regional universities (including Kazakh students studying at Russian universities), employees of scientific organizations, representatives of public associations of young scientists of Russia and Kazakhstan. In total 50 people (25 people from each country) participated there.
The key results
At the end of the forum the Resolution was adopted.
