The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs annually holds the All-Russian competition of youth projects.
The competition is held in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 № 1436 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to the winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects" within the framework of the federal project "Development of a youth support system ("Youth of Russia")" of the national project "Education".
The purpose of the competition is the implementation of projects aimed at involving youth of the Russian Federation in active social practice, developing creative abilities, increasing her civic activity.
The following can take part in the competition:
- citizens of the Russian Federation aged 14 to 35 years inclusive (individuals),
- universities registered in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation no later than one year before the competition.
The competition also provides for grant support for projects aimed at developing international youth cooperation.
March 25 is the last day for accepting applications for the All-Russian Competition of Youth Projects-2024 among universities.
The maximum amount of the grant provided to the university recognized as the winner of the Competition during the entire period of validity of the grant agreement is no more than 15 million rubles. A university has the right to submit no more than one application for participation in the competition which may contain no more than one project for each nomination.
Recommended time frame for project implementation is from June to November 2024.
Universities must fill out an application before 16:00 (Moscow time) on March 20, 2024 on the "Youth of Russia" platform for participation in the competition.
Information about the results of the competition will be posted on the website of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs no later than May 13, 2024.
