The National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA) was established on November 21, 1995. It unites 124 youth organizations of the country.
The National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the centre of coordination and cooperation of its member organizations, which organizes and ensures their international integration and recognition.
The mission of the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to strengthen the role of youth and youth organizations in the formation of the country's civil society.
The purpose of the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to coordinate the activities of children's and youth organizations, create conditions for their development, work in the national, regional and international interests of member organizations, work together to protect the rights of young people and achieve solidarity in resolving these issues.
The main task of the organization is to strengthen the state independence of Azerbaijan with the help of the knowledge and skills of young people, ensure a worthy place in the international arena and build a democratic state.
Today the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan has direct and indirect ties with more than 150 countries, regional and international youth platforms, representing youth of Azerbaijan at the international level.
The international activities of the Assembly are implemented in 3 strategic areas:

Cooperation with institutional partners,

Representation of youth at the international level,

Implementation of international programs and projects.
The organization has a consultative status in the UN Economic and Social Council. It is one of the founders of two international organizations – the International Youth Union of the Great Silk Road and the World League of Turkic Youth.
The National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the permanent member of the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States and the full member of the European Youth Forum.
Since December 9, 2014 the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been the full member of the World Assembly of Youth.
The cooperation of the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan with Russia is carried out within the framework of partnership with the National Youth Council of Russia. The Youth Cooperation Agreement was signed on November 22, 2016.
The National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan was one of the organizers of the Russian-Azerbaijani Youth Forum from the Azerbaijani side held annually from 2013 to 2021.
Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана (NAYORA) был создан 21 ноября 1995 года и объединяет 124 молодежные организации страны.
Являясь центром координации и сотрудничества входящих в его состав организаций, Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана организует и обеспечивает их международную интеграцию и признание.
Миссия Национального Совета молодежных организаций Азербайджана - укрепление роли молодежи и молодежных организаций в формировании гражданского общества страны.
Цель Национального Совета молодежных организаций Азербайджана - координировать деятельность детских и молодежных организаций, создавать условия для их развития, работать в национальных, региональных и международных интересах организаций-членов, работать совместно для защиты прав молодежи, добиваться солидарности в решении этих вопросов.
Основной задачей организации является укрепление государственной независимости Азербайджана с помощью знаний и умений молодежи, обеспечение достойного места на международной арене и построение демократического государства.
Сегодня Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана имеет прямые и косвенные связи с более чем 150 странами, региональными и международными молодежными платформами, представляя молодежь Азербайджана на международном уровне.
Международная деятельность Совета, реализуется по 3 стратегическим направлениям:

Организация имеет консультативный статус в Экономическом и Социальном Совете ООН и является одним из основателей двух международных организаций - Международный молодежный союз Великого шелкового пути и Всемирная лига тюркской молодежи.
Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана является постоянным членом Совета по делам молодёжи государств-участников СНГ и полноправным членом Европейского молодежного форума.
С 9 декабря 2014 года Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана является полноправным членом Всемирной ассамблеи молодежи.
Сотрудничество Национального Совета молодежных организаций Азербайджана с Россией осуществляется в рамках партнерства с Национальным Советом молодежных и детских объединений России. Соглашение о молодежном сотрудничестве было подписано 22 ноября 2016 года.
Национальный Совет молодежных организаций Азербайджана являлся одним из организаторов Российско-Азербайджанского молодёжного форума с азербайджанской стороны, ежегодно проводимого в период с 2013 по 2021 гг.
