The International Children's Center "Artek" (the Republic of Crimea) is a federal state budgetary educational institution.

Together with international partners it annually holds competitions for children who are foreign citizens and compatriots’ winners living abroad awarded with trips to Artek. 

In 2022 the international partners of the center were the public organization "Russia" (Armenia), the organization "Elsharq-Language Translations" (Egypt), the public association "Association of Russian Compatriots of the North Kazakhstan Region "Unity" (Kazakhstan), the non-governmental organization "Children of Mongolia" (Mongolia).

The ICC "Artek":

• holds the contests "Assembly of the World in Artek" (together with MGIMO University) and "Diplomatic Mission: Children of the World" the winners of which take part in educational program of the center, 
• implements the UN International Children's Assembly project (together with the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation).
