Requirements:

1. Persons who completed and are completing their studies in the main educational program of higher education, namely a bachelor's program, a specialist's program, a master's program in educational organizations in Moscow only in 2022 and 2023, 

2. Persons having the citizenship of the Russian Federation and not having the citizenship of another state, 

3. Persons without a criminal record.
