Requirements:

1. An applying person must be a representative of federal, regional, municipal structures implementing youth policy, youth worker, employee of youth organizations and educational institutions, representative of public associations from Russia and other CIS Member States, 

2. Persons who have successfully completed training in additional professional programs of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of RTU MIREA ("Organization of youth work", "International youth cooperation").
