The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs annually holds the All-Russian competition of youth projects.

The competition is held in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2020 No. 1436 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of grants in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to the winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects" within the framework of the federal project "Development of youth support system ("Youth of Russia")" of the national project "Education".

The goal of the competition is to involve youth of the Russian Federation in creative activities and social practice as well as to increase civic engagement, create a healthy lifestyle and unlock the potential of youth for the country's development.

In the competition can take part:

• citizens of the Russian Federation aged 14 to 35 years inclusive (individuals), 
• universities registered in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation no later than one year before the competition.

The competition also provides for grant support for projects aimed at developing international youth cooperation.

The amount of the grant that individual participants of the competition can apply for cannot be less than 5,000 (five thousand) rubles and should not exceed 1,000,000 (one million) rubles.

On August 20 the 2nd season of the All-Russian Youth Project Competition 2023 for individuals started.

You must do following actions before 16:00 (Moscow time) on September 24, 2023 for the participation in the 2nd season of the competition: 

1. To verify your account in the "Youth of Russia" system using the State Services portal.

2. To fill out all the required fields of the project form in the "My Projects" section in the "Youth of Russia" system.

3. To apply for a grant competition in the "My Events" section in the "Youth of Russia" system.

Information about the results of the competition will be posted on the website of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs no later than November 18, 2023.
