The International Union of Public Associations "Russian-Belarusian Youth Union" (RBYU) was established in May 2000. It is the union of public associations such as the Russian Union of Youth and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. It operates on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

The activity of the RBYU is aimed at developing Russian-Belarusian youth cooperation.

Under the auspices of the RBYU such projects as the International Youth Camp "Be-La-Rus", the International Interuniversity Competition "Queen Spring", the Russian-Belarusian Youth Business Incubator, the "Youth for the Union State" Festival are being implemented.
